  • Over 45 years’ experience providing environmental and permitting services for transportation, recreation, and development projects, from desktop and field studies to complex NEPA assessments and post-construction monitoring.
  • Senior regulatory specialists include a former EPA Region Administrator and two former US Army Corps of Engineers District Commanders, experienced in successfully navigating complex state and federal permit processes.
  • Extensive experience with remote sensing using high-resolution aerial photography and photointerpretation essential for projects in remote areas or with limited access.
  • Hundreds of projects conducting field wetland delineation and functional assessments, mitigation planning and design, stream and wetland restoration design, permitting, construction oversight, post-construction monitoring, and third party reviews.
  • Specialized scientists, like our malancologists, who are fully permitted and Qualified Surveyors familiar with over 67 mussel species in 12 state or federal listed and multiple special concern mussel species.
  • Conduct site-feasibility surveys to support project siting including critical issues or “fatal flaws” analysis.
  • Recognized by National Marine Fisheries Service for the outstanding quality of Essential Fish Habitat (EFH) impact assessments and Biological Assessments, including expertise in assessments for Sturgeon.
