  • Over 45 years’ experience in environmental planning and impact assessment for siting and permitting projects including regulatory specialists well versed in the NEPA process, including Presidential Permits and Special Use permits.
  • Hundreds of projects conducting field wetland delineation and functional assessments, mitigation planning and design, stream and wetland restoration design, permitting, construction oversight, post-construction monitoring, and third party reviews.
  • Extensive experience with remote sensing using high-resolution aerial photography and photointerpretation essential for projects in remote areas or with limited access.
  • Provided assistance to the Avian Power Line Interaction Committee (APLIC), to revise nationwide guidance documents for wildlife electrocutions and collisions for all US energy companies.
  • Recent intrastate and interstate projects that required significant staff efforts and tight deadlines to delineate wetlands, identify protected plants, ecological communities, and provide presence absence surveys for a broad spectrum of rare species along hundreds of miles of linear corridors.
  • Senior regulatory specialists include a former EPA Region Administrator and two former US Army Corps of Engineers District Commanders, experienced in successfully navigating complex state and federal permit processes.
