Employee Ownership

Founded in 1970 as a private company, Normandeau Associates, Inc. became employee owned in 2000. As a company, we believe that employee ownership provides us with a competitive advantage in an industry that is characterized by mergers, consolidations, and restructuring. Eligible employees are enrolled in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) at no cost and become vested according to an annual schedule.

Our employee-owners work on some of the most challenging and rewarding projects around the US. Working at Normandeau will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with a professional workforce of extremely talented science-based professionals. Many of our senior staff have worked together for over 25 years.
