
Richard Masters of Normandeau Becomes CPESC | Bedford, NH — Sunday, July 18, 2010 — Normandeau's Richard Masters, P.E. recently became a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). This certification program was created over 25 years ago to provide professional credentials to individuals working on construction site erosion and sediment control issues. It is more often being required by clients and regulatory agencies nationwide for any project involving ground disturbance activities and erosion control measures.
Mr. Masters is proficient in preparing Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, as well as other stormwater related studies, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans, stream and wetland restorations and NEPA environmental assessments. Erosion and sedimentation is the leading cause of water quality impairment in our nation's waterways.
