Normandeau Wins U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla, WA District ID/IQ | Bedford, NH — Thursday, April 17, 2008 — Normandeau Associates has been awarded a 5-year Biological Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract valued at $45M for the Walla Walla, Washington District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Normandeau has been qualified to provide services in all nine areas of scientific expertise ranging from research proposal development and study planning, hydroacoustics injury assessment, mass marking services, to ecological restoration activities for the Walla Walla District over the course of this contract.
This contract award is similar to the two previous ID/IQ contracts that Normandeau has held with the Walla Walla District in 1997 and in 2002. Normandeau's patented HI-Z Turb N'Tag® technology, used to conduct fish survival studies, has played an integral role in these contracts. |
