Bob Varney Speaks at Stormwater Seminar | Bedford, NH — Tuesday, December 01, 2009 — Bob Varney, Senior Vice President of Normandeau Associates, spoke at the Stormwater Regulation in New England law seminar in Boston, Massachusetts on November 6th. Joining legal, regulatory and consulting experts on stormwater management, Mr. Varney discussed emerging trends in stormwater management such as the use of residual designation authority, creation of stormwater utility districts and integration of stormwater management tools to achieve water quality standards within impaired waterways.
