Pam Hall, President/CEO Elected Vice Chair of Volunteer NH! Board of Directors

Bedford, NH — Tuesday, July 14, 2009 — Pam Hall, President and CEO, has recently been elected Vice Chair of the Volunteer NH! Board of Directors. Volunteer NH! (www.volunteernh.org) promotes the tradition of volunteerism and the ethic of service in New Hampshire. VNH! supports and sponsors national service initiatives and provides training, recognition, and a central site for volunteers and volunteer programs to strengthen their communities. Ms. Hall was appointed to the Board in April 2008 by Governor John Lynch.

Community Outreach and Volunteerism are Company Core Values. In addition to the Volunteer NH! Board, Pam serves on several other non-profit Boards, including Chair of Seacoast Science Center Board of Directors in Rye, NH. She is also a founding Trustee of the NH Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and has served on that Board for many years. During the early years of the Chapter she served as Treasurer, then Vice Chair and finally Chair (for 4 years). In addition, she serves on the on the New Hampshire Corporate Wetlands Restoration Partnership (NHCWRP) Board.
