Kerrie Diers Joins Normandeau Associates

Bedford, NH — Normandeau Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kerrie Diers, Esq., AICP has joined the firm as the Director of Planning and Communications.

Ms. Diers is a planner with 20 years of experience at the local, regional and statewide levels. Her extensive experience includes integrating land use, transportation and environmental planning, as well as facilitation and community engagement. Prior to joining Normandeau, Ms. Diers served as the Executive Director of the Nashua Regional Planning Commission/Metropolitan Planning Organization in southern New Hampshire.

"Kerrie Diers is recognized as an accomplished leader among New Hampshire''s planning professionals, and for the past 10 years has been instrumental in carrying out the many transportation, environmental, community planning and energy initiatives in the Greater Nashua Region," said a statement from the Nashua Regional Planning Commission. The NRPC assists communities in Greater Nashua with comprehensive transportation, land use, mapping, data and environmental planning services.

Ms. Diers recently directed one of the largest public engagement and planning efforts in New Hampshire history, Granite State Future, a statewide effort to develop Regional Plans for Sustainable Development in each of the state''s nine regions.

Ms. Diers earned her juris doctor at Vermont Law School and a bachelor''s degree at Beloit College. She is a member of both the New Hampshire Bar and the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Based in Normandeau''s Bedford, NH office, Ms. Diers will provide technical expertise, project management, and guidance for the firm's projects and community efforts.
