John Dulude Joins Normandeau Associates as a Senior Waterpower Consultant | Bedford, NH — Wednesday, September 17, 2008 — Mr. John Dulude has joined Normandeau Associates as a Senior Waterpower Consultant. Mr. Dulude will focus on strategic and technical consulting for clients, in addition to expanding Normandeau's waterpower-related business. Mr. Dulude has a broad background in the energy industry having worked for Santee Cooper for 25 years as a FERC Relicensing Manager, a Construction Manager with a staff of 75, and as Dam Safety Engineer. He is well-known throughout the waterpower industry serving as a National Hydropower Association Board Member (2007-2010) and Treasurer (2008-2009). He is also a member of the American Fisheries Society, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the United States Committee on Large Dams, and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials. Mr. Dulude has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Citadel (and is a registered P.E. in South Carolina) and holds an MBA from Charleston Southern University.
Mr. Dulude's experience as an industry FERC relicensing manager on one of the nation's major hydropower systems will provide Normandeau Associates clients with a unique perspective on strategic and planning issues related to licensing and compliance on waterpower and other energy systems. Mr. Dulude will be based in South Carolina and is ready to serve clients nationwide. |
