Normandeau has extensive experience with the Endangered Species Act and has worked closely with the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, as well as several State Natural Heritage Programs, to evaluate potential impacts to rare, threatened, and endangered organisms, and develop mitigation to protect them. We are certified by the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5, as well as by state agencies such as the New Jersey Endangered and Nongame Species Program, and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, to conduct searches for the dwarf wedge mussel.
