Sean Casto Joins Yarmouth, Maine Office of Normandeau Associates

Yarmouth, Maine.  April 18, 2007 – Sean Casto, who has joined the Yarmouth, Maine office of Normandeau Associates, Inc. as a Wetlands Scientist, brings a broad range of technical skills and experience to Normandeau including wetland science, fisheries and aquatic science, and avian ecology.  Sean has worked on Integrated Natural Resource Plans, FERC pipeline compliance, and wetland restoration projects.  He has also managed programs to:

  • improve water quality and wildlife habitat at the Tahoe Conservancy in California,
  • develop plans for managing shrub steppe bird species at the Montana Cooperative Wildlife Research Unit,
  • review demographics of auklets and other oceanic birds at the Point Reyes observatory, and
  • assess marsh biodiversity for the Association of Bay Governments in Redwood City.
